Michael has been amazing through a process which was overall a horrible experience and which I have never dealt with before. He took the time to listen to me, to get to know me and explained through every step what he was doing to help me and move my case through. Michael amd his team, particularly Harper were amazingly supportive, always took the time to answer questions and address any of my concerns no matter how large or small. They treated me with complete professionalism and courtesy through the entire process and I felt like I was treated as a human being and not just another client to get processed and done as soon as possible. They were always willing to talk to me about any problems.or concerns I had. While they couldn't always return a call or text instantly I never had to wait long for a response and never felt like I was left alone through any of.the process. There is no doubt about it….Mike and Harper are a tag team that cant be beat. On my first call Mike told me that they did things in a way that others didnt. He is very straight forward. When i talked to him he made me feel like a friend, not someone in trouble. I text them whenever i had anxious feelings and they always answered. My case went as smooth as it could and at the end of the day, it was okay just like they said it would be. Thank you mike and harper, you guys changed my view of what a lawyer does.
