Arizona Pristine Roofing is an example of a business that is customer centric. Jose, Nubia, and the roofing team assigned to my roofing replacement request were amazing. From start to finish, this team exemplified what customer service should be. From helping me with the insurance claim to ensuring the production crew arrived and completed the job timely and accurately(by the way, the production team was fabulous), Jose and Nubia were in constant contact with me for any questions I had. From start to finish, the Pristine crew was there. Nobody wants to deal with their insurance company and I didn't have to. Pristine took care of it! Quality work was done on the new roof and carport. Clean up was excellent and the customer service is very helpful. Thanks to Chris and Shayden for all of your help. Much appreciated and highly rated! Definitely 5 star company.
