We have been working with Ark Accounting for 5 years now. Perm and Linda are excellent when it comes to real estate tax knowledge and accounting. We had a meeting with Perm today in regards to our corporate year end taxes and we were very impressed by Perm’s real estate knowledge for how to properly file our taxes for our properties. We had a lot of questions and he can clearly explain things since he knows the industry and tax law so well. I work directly with Linda a lot and she is just a pleasure to deal with. She is so responsive and very helpful and patient working with me on the Xero side. Makes for less stress for me and I learn from her a lot. Thanks guys for being so great to work with.

Ark Accounting is an excellent accounting firm. We have been working with Linda closely for the last year and she has organized all our accounting for our property management company. We were working with another firm who were making so many mistakes. She inherited a bit of a mess and was able to get us back on track. She has a passion for numbers and accounting and has even trained me on Xero to plug and reconcile my own invoices. I prefer this as we can move the business forward a lot faster.
