My mom and I were just in town for the day and wanted to gift my brother with a fun local coffee brand and we were blown out of the water. The owner was working in the back and took the time to explain their different blends and processes to us. She freshly packed a few blends for us and it was a highlight of our time in Austin. We've been drinking Armadillo coffee for a few months now and love it! In addition to great coffee, we had a fun time visiting their shop and learning more about how they roast their coffee. The Armadillo team is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They even took time to let our 3 year old decorate her own coffee bag. I highly recommend this small Texas business for anyone who loves coffee as much as I do!
