I STOPPED BUYING ANY TYPE OF EQUIPMENT AT ARMSTRONG THE SHIT IS ALWAYS DEFECTED TRIMMERS MAKE CLIENTS BLEED CURLING IRONS DON'T LAST A MONTH AND THE MANAGEMENT RUDE AND DONT GIVE A DAMN ...BTW THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT SALLY'S BEAUTY SUPPLY ARE MORE FRIENDLY AND YOU CAN RETURN DEFECTED EQUIPMENT NO PROBLEMS 👍

I bought a 2 inch flatiron. Less than 2 hours later I called to exchange for a 11/2 inch flatiron. Was told by the clerk..no problem,come in and exchange. When I arrived at the store,I was attended by the manager. The man was not helpful,said the clerk was mistaken,I couldn't return or exchange,even with receipt and box. He said he had been in the bathroom.And the clerk earlier was mistaken/didn't know store rules. What a croc..nowhere in the receipt says sales are final. Don't waste your time there.
