A true hidden gem…literally! I needed a watch band changed and after way too many failed attempts following online videos, I decided to find a professional. Since it was a Sunday, options were limited, but I’m so glad I found this spot at the flea market. The family here was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they helped me immediately. They even discovered that the original springs on my watch weren’t designed to be removed without breaking. Not only did they replace the band, but they also gave me new, removable springs and the tool to do it myself next time. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful service. I’ll absolutely be back, no more mall jewelry repairs for me. Thank you so much, and God bless!

My wedding band broke. I took it to Arnel Jewelers & they gave me a price to fix it. I agreed & they had my ring fixed within an hour & a half!! It looks so good, like it was never broken! I am absolutely satisfied & reccomend this shop to anyone looking for repairs!

Seemed helpful. They told me the broken clasp on my necklace would cost $10 (for white or yellow K gold) to replace the clasp. Also they said it was $5 extra if I wanted it soldered on. They were cleaning some silver pieces for another customer. Wow, were they shiny after coming out of that jewelry cleaning machine. I don't know yet about their other prices of their fine jewelry. They had three people working there on Sunday in November.
