Disappointed on customer service. I had stopped by about 2 months ago for one of their services since they paid for an online advertisement explaining they had a deal going on with a set price. Later after I got the service I was told that they would not honor the price because it was a mistake by their marketing team.

Had an AMAZING experience here! As a med spa newbie everyone was so helpful in explaining everything and deciding what would work best for me and my body. My aesthetician Patty was an absolute angel! She made me feel so welcome and really cultivate a judgment free environment. She is also super knowledgeable about what she does and has a ton of experience under her belt— I can’t recommend her enough!

I called yesterday morning to get some basic information for services, the girl who answered was short rude and it’s almost as she was just waiting for me to be quiet so she can hang up. 10/10 would not recommend if you can’t even get information over the phone I can only imagine what it must be like in person.
