Lili did an absolutely incredible job as our wedding planner. We opted for her partial planning package, and she helped us out so much - helping us craft our vision, choosing linens and place settings, our timeline, the hectic nature of the day-of, etc. The planning calls she provides are just what we needed for aligning on all of the details of our wedding, and she was extremely accommodating to meet with us whenever we felt we needed guidance. Not only was Lili amazing at handling the logistics and details of the event - she was also such a calming and supportive presence through the turbulent process that was wedding planning. Whenever we were overwhelmed, she would make us feel calm, at ease, and let us know that everything would go well. We could not recommend her more highly to help you make your dream wedding a reality. On our day-of, we had some issues arise due to the venue not being set up correctly by the venue staff, and Lili along with her team took care of all of it without letting us worry. She made sure that we were not concerned on the day of with things like timeline, where everyone needed to be, etc., and instead were able to enjoy our day with our guests. We got so many compliments from our guests throughout the night as to how smoothly the evening flowed, thanks to Lili and her team. It’s clear that Lili goes the extra mile because she truly cares.

I cannot recommend Lili enough as a day-of wedding coordinator! From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and so easy to work with. She truly listened to my vision and made sure every detail came together perfectly — in fact, the entire day turned out even better than I had imagined. Thanks to Lili, everything was organized, smooth, and completely stress-free. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day knowing she had everything under control. She’s a total pro and such a calming presence — truly a dream to work with!

We hired Lili Ghazian to do our sofreh and be our wedding planner and it was the best decision we could've made. From the beginning, she was organized, thoughtful and spent the time to really understand me and and my husband's vision for our big day (a Persian/Irish wedding!). Lili was excellent coordinating vendors for our venue in San Francisco and although my husband and I both live in NYC, she made the process smooth and enjoyable. Lili's experience shines through her ability to focus on the most important questions to ask of vendors and creating the perfect timeline for the day of. Her sofreh was designed with the utmost elegance and an exquisite attention to detail. If you're thinking about a wedding planner or someone to design your sofreh, I would highly endorse going with Lili!

Lili was my day of wedding coordinator and she made my sofreh for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. One month prior to the day of my wedding, she helped tremendously to make that day perfect for us. She is so prompt, technology savvy, sharp, and so helpful/responsive. To top it all off, she's EXTREMELY caring. She truly cares. There was an incident where I was having issues with the venue regarding the timing of my wedding and she jumped in to help even though as the day of coordinator she's supposed to get involved 1 month prior but she helped fixed the issue. She cares so much and she is extremely motherly in the best way possible. Another example would be regarding some speciality linens I needed for the day of, and another vendor was to take care of that but ended up backing out, but being the rockstar she is, went to a store herself and sent me photos of the linens for me to choose a few days before the wedding. Once again, she saved the day. Also, her sofrehs are amazing. I simply had to give her an idea of what I wanted and she created the most beautiful sofreh there. The colors, the theme, and the look was exactly what I wanted. She has an artistic vision and she brought that vision to life for me and made that day so special. Thank you for all you did for us, Lili joon. Lili joon is the best. You will feel safe with her, comfortable with her, and she always goes that extra mile. I would choose her 1000x again.

Choosing Lili to be our vendor to setup a wedding table (sofreh) for us was one of the best decisions that my wife and I made when planning for the wedding. We were extremely happy with the beautiful sofreh she set up for us. Lili was so so kind and responsive that she became our go-to person when we had questions, concerns, you name it. I highly recommend her to everybody that wants to get married in California and needs a wedding planner too. She is very knowledgeable and has an artistic taste which is what you need in your wedding planner. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Take a look at the beautiful cake table she set for us with the view of Golden Gate Bridge. If you are reading this Lili, thank you again for making our wedding day perfect!
