This place is unreal. You get a legit gym, full recovery center (sauna, cold plunge, etc.), and medical services like labs and peptides all in one spot. Staff is knowledgeable and everything feels very professional and dialed in.

amazing gym! has all the free weights and machines you need and want. plenty of space so you dont feel crowded, plenty of squat racks, deadlift platforms, and bars. #1 gym in the area by far

Arsenal Fitness definitely has potential when it comes to the equipment, most of it is pretty good and there’s a solid variety to choose from. That said, “most” is the key word because some machines don’t even work, which is hard to understand from a place that calls itself a premium gym. The real letdown, though, is the cleanliness. The showers and bathrooms are honestly in rough shape. I’ve seen urine on the shower floor and hair sitting on the seats for several days at a time without being cleaned. The walls in the bathrooms look neglected, and the smell in the restrooms can be unbearable at times. Even the water fountains are concerning the filter light has been red for ages and there’s mold around the drain. I’ve also heard other members mention that some staff interactions can feel a little odd. Personally, I didn’t stay long enough to get too deep into that, but overall the atmosphere just didn’t give me what I expected from a gym charging this much. Not to mention the cable machine they got works perfectly fine but they have caution tape on it so we aren’t able to use it. I guess they want to preserve one side in case the other breaks (which I find stupid). They can’t say it’s broken because I tested it out to see if it works and it does. This could be a really great gym if management focused on fixing the basics first. Get working equipment, clean facilities, safe water and then called it a premium gym. Until that happens, I can’t recommend it. Time to go back to Phaze 3

This gym is definitely worth checking out, tons of new equipment as well as plenty of squat racks and benches. Brandon (owner) was super accommodating and helpful, and it was a sunday. Strongly recommend.

If you’re on the fence or need a gym, Arsenal Fitness Is The Right Place. I knew nothing about training but needed to meet a goal due to health reasons and sure enough the support, encouragement, and push from the staff and other gym members was Life Changing. I started with the VIP program, I loved being able to pick the time slot that fit my schedule. If your someone who need more hands on the trainer is there or If your a faster learner the trainer is still there making sure each rep is correct. This program allowed me to learn and build confidence. I then switched to the Performance program where the trainer personalize a plan to help you reach your goals and needs. This allowed me to train on my own while traveling but have access to the trainer if needed. I must shout out the trainer that went above and beyond, I didn’t feel like I was paying for the treatment, I knew she was passionate and love what she does. Thank You Trainer Bre Snyder.
