It’s more than a course—it’s an experience that stays with you. Must place to visit for yoga, meditations. I left feeling calmer, clearer, and more energized. Highly recommend!

Free Meditation offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00 and on Saturdays at 16:00. Mats, blankets or chairs are provided to help you comfortably meditate. The instructors are volunteers and they radiate love for this practice. This is a true gift! The space is warm and welcoming - as are the people that work there.
