I strongly recommend attend this center and learn Sky technique, it helped me immensely with both mentally and physically. With regular of practice Sky by visiting this center on the weekly basis helped to lower my blood pressure and now completely I am out of my medication. Several months ago during the unprecedented pandemic, I along with many other people worldwide, was feeling stressed and ungrounded. I had taken the Basic SKY course and several Advanced courses a number of years ago and had lapsed in my practice in recent years. Amazing experience. I joined SKY Breath and Meditation Workshop, when I was feeling very low but after the session it was a huge transformation. I was calm and centered. Enjoyed every moment - it felt I was on a vacation. The instructors and volunteers were so supportive. Instructions and communications were clear. Awesome program. This is my sanctuary place! so much peace, solace, friendship, fun and celebration I found here. It is located conveniently across Eastridge mall. I have attended their free workshop to evaluate happiness program and SKY meditation technique. I found the session very useful and did the happiness program after. The workshop was wonderfully designed and done over three 3 hour sessions during evening and weekend. I didn't have to take time off from work. Great technique and easy to practice. After the workshop, I have been able to practice the technique on my own at home. With regular follow-ups offered at the center, I could integrate the technique into my routine. The best part is SKY meditation technique is a take home practice. With about 20 min of SKY meditation practice, I gain peace of mind, energy, clarity that lasts the whole day. The teachers are very helpful and provide lot of support after workshop. Grateful to have come across this technique and the center.
This is the perfect location for meditation and yoga. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and quiet. Also a lot of fresh air as it is up the hill a bit. I have taken many breathing and meditation courses here and I will keep coming back!
