My online order went missing. I called to complain and the staff on the phone were very helpful - a replacement order was couriered to my door same day, in time for Christmas, thanks so much for the great service!

Great range and very helpful staff. While the building isn't accessible, if you arrange ahead the staff will open up the back entrance which is accessible from street parking.

Prices for paints can be high compared to Amazon. Bought a water colour pack for $100 and amazon had it for $38. I like to support local shops but when the price difference is over 100% more its less compelling to.
