My husband and I had a great time learning a simple waltz for our wedding at Arthur Murray. We pass this building all of the time and finally had an excuse to drag him in. He had a great time learning to dance and was even looking forward to our next lesson! Now our wedding is over but we are still looking forward to going on Fridays for the open classes.

Arthur Murray was a great dance studio to work with! We got a package of 6 dance lessons in preparation for our wedding dance. From day one, they were excited to help us choreograph our perfect dance to a song we had picked out. All the instructors were patient and willing to work with us both who did not have any true dance experience. They were flexible in scheduling lessons and always encouraged us to come to the group lessons too. We worked with Andrea and Clarissa who were always so supportive and great instructors! Our dance at our wedding was perfect. We highly recommend this studio for anyone but especially wedding couples looking for their dream first dance!

I had a great experience at Arthur Murray, Virginia Beach! My instructor Jack was the best! I got married in May and wanted to do an upbeat dance with my son who is 22. We chose a song and Jack knew just what dances to teach us to make the dance very successful! We had fun and our guests were very impressed! We both want to continue dancing. Wendy was also very instrumental in ensuring our dance was ready to go! Highly recommend!

Taras and Wendy are GEMS! If you’re considering a ballroom dance lesson, this is your sign to book it at Arthur Murray :) We set up our first lesson about 3 years ago just as a fun date night activity. Taras was such a fantastic teacher that we kept coming back and got more serious about it. We’ve probably done about 25 private lessons at this point and we just showed off our skills at our wedding this past weekend! Taras and Wendy are amazing and passionate people that have worked tirelessly to build a solid company with a qualified team. They give their life to dance, judging and performing on the weekends in addition to owning this studio. We moved out of Virginia Beach but whenever we’re back in town we make an effort to do a lesson. Definitely check them out!

We LOVED our lessons at Arthur Murray in VB for our recent wedding. Andrea helped put together a flawless dance to the song of our choice. It looked very detailed, but was easy for us to remember. She added moments in the dance that helped us get the most gorgeous photos. We received SO many compliments from guests on the elegance of our dance. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a memorable first dance!
