Thank you to Amelie and Kush for the great moment ! Studio would benefit from maybe a separation between the clay section and the painting section but the team there made it great either way ! Can’t wait to go back for the paint !

This was my second time coming here and it was a 10/10 experience, I loved it so much I had to bring some new friends along. None of them had ever tried pottery before, but Kush made everything feel super easy and approachable right away. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and patient the whole time, which made such a difference ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shoutout to Kush, truly a star employee. We also got a cute picture with all of us (Kush is second from the right). We all had such a good time and I will 100% be coming back again! 🤠

Went to Artventures for my birthday with friends expecting a fun, welcoming experience, but it felt rushed and impersonal. Class started late with no introduction, and everything moved too fast. When I asked for help, the instructor took over, ruined my piece, and told me not to touch it after. If you want someone to make something for you, maybe it’s fine. But for a fun, supportive experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I booked a pottery workshop here for my friend’s birthday, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. At the beginning, one of the instructors was very patient and helpful. They explained some useful techniques on how to shape the clay—like how to make it longer or shorter—and asked us what we wanted to create. We were then given about 10 minutes to work on our pieces. After that, other instructors came around to check our work, but instead of guiding us, they started making adjustments themselves and even reshaping parts of our pieces. This made the experience feel rushed and a bit frustrating, as it didn’t feel like we had full control over what we were creating. It also felt like there was pressure to finish quickly, with very limited time. There wasn’t really an opportunity to make mistakes, start over, or experiment freely with the clay, which is something I was really hoping for in a creative workshop. At the end, we were told to come back in a few weeks to paint our pieces, which was fine—but unfortunately, my friend’s vessel was placed in a box that was too small and it got damaged, which was very disappointing. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. I personally wouldn’t return.

A pleasurable experience, a great time to relax, I want to do it again! Special thanks to teacher Kush.
