I went in trying to order a cushion for my couch and Pamela Hernandez was the best she handled my issue she stayed on the phone to reach whomever she could to get it done and she made sure that I was taking care of before. I left the store. No one has ever treated me this nice with an issue that I had ever before. Pamela Hernandez deserved every credit that she’s given and I would definitely shop at Ashly furniture again in the future because of her.
