I have gone to many Boxlunches in Texas. I have to say that Anika and her team are the best at what they do. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the location. They were extremely helpful and kind when I was looking for a gift. They never once got frustrated with all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that cares about customer service and not to be pressured to purchase things you don't need.

new manager is terrible and rude. used to be a great location now It’s just one of the worst i’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to literally any other box lunch.

This is a great store for the young and young at heart who are into cute cartoons, Hello Kitty, Sailor Moon, Studio Ghibli, and the like. They often have exclusives. I call this the "safe for parents," alternative to Hot Topic. The prices are a little up there, but the quality is high, and good material, like 100 % cotton. I have one sweater I wear once a week in the cold months and it has held up for over a year. They often have sales, and some kind of in house points system where you can get deals. I've actually gotten a cute lunch box there. It's fun to go in even just to look at the candy.

Busiest shopping day of the year and the lines were moving fairly quickly! Terrific sales and helpful people who did not make us feel as if we were bothering them by asking questions!
