Disappointed to see that they’re sticking security tags directly onto the inside cover of books now. I guess too many people were stealing, but I don’t want to buy a book that’s already damaged or ruined by a security tag sticker. They need to find a better way.

On Saturday night, we were a bit disappointed with the service I received during my visit. One of the employees—specifically the girl with excessive facial and mouth piercings (she had prongs coming out of her lips... very gross) —was incredibly unprofessional. Not only was her attitude dismissive and rude throughout the interaction, but she also flat-out refused to provide us with a receipt when we asked.
