Customer service was amazing as you walk through the door and pay and up until you receive the items… The couches are comfortable feel nice but arrived damage one came with a noticeable stain out the box and one had a rip i paid extra for the warranty and it took them a week+ and a bunch of calls and emails pictures to get them to finally schedule a technician. I spent $3900 and it was a hassle to even get a hold of anyone and the store couldn’t do nothing had to be all through Ashley online and a call center with the worst audio. Don’t buy the warranty

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with ordered a closet organizer and it was put on back order and when it did come in it was the wrong item! When I called thinking this is an easy fix they said a specialist had to review my case and I wouldn’t hear anything for 3-5 business days. I explained I wasn’t happy with this response since I’d already waited and they said it’s all they can offer. I was denied being able to talk to a supervisor, I was denied a refund till the 3-5 business days, I was denied the correct item with a hold on my credit card until I returned the wrong item, finally I was offered I return the wrong item then receive a refund which I denied bc at this point I’m doubtful I’ll get a refund. Ashley’s blaming the distributor as to why they can’t help me! There distributors is there problem not the customers! As of right now there is zero resolution on a 450 dollar purchase!

Bobby Lee was awesome and very knowledgeable regarding Ashley products! We were able to get everything we needed in one visit! We even picked up an extra mattress for a great deal. The manager was very helpful with explaining the dog friendly and easy wash options for sofa/ chairs. We will definitely be back to furnish the next bedroom. Thank you!

My experience at Ashley’s Home Store in Stockton was exceptional. Bobby T. was my salesperson, and he was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The Ashley Customer Care team ensured that the items were delivered on the scheduled date and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the furniture. They addressed all my concerns promptly. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely return to purchase more furniture at Ashley, Stockton.
