We were immediately met by a salesman who listened to us and showed us the piece of furniture that we requested to see. It was exactly what we wanted, plus it was on sale! He briefed us on it thoroughly, and we purchased it. We arranged to pick it up at the area Ashley warehouse and immediately took it home. We are really enjoying it!! It is very comfortable as well as beautiful at a great price!
UPDATE: THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN BY ASHLEY TO OPEN A CHAT IS NOT MONITORED. I WAS REFERRED TO YET ANOTHER NUMBER. he couch was missing a cushion. It has been a nightmare trying to get the missing cushion. Tiday I received a replacement, but the inner pillow was missing. In its place was a box of dark fiber (see pics). On the phone for half hour with a call center. Called the store directly but no manager available. Talked to a sales person on the floor at Ashley who promptly sent me to another call center. On hold right now for 15 minutes.
Update: Set up delivery for 12/4 and got canceled because supposedly we didn't respond to the email and I did. I even have proof of it. What was the response? You confirmed pick up of the exchange item but not the delivery of the new item!! It was going to be a pickup and delivery. Demanding a refund and they refuse to do so. Will see what other measurements I can take donI can get my money back. Terrible experience! Went to the Fiesta Trails Store as well. I saw a bedroom set online that I wanted to see in person, when we arrived the sales men Noberto told me they didn't have that particular one on the show room so I asked him if they had another similar in quality to the one online so I could see and compare and he show me one that looked and felt sturdy. Then went ahead and order the bedroom set, the day of delivery what I got was something completely different, basically cardboard, the mirror wasn't even glued to the frame and was been held by pieces of cardboard. The side panels all crook it and nails sticking out(see pictures). Called the store the next day because our furniture was delivered late in evening, when I explained the issue the store rep who answered the call gave the 1800 customer service number because the store doesn't deal with issues like that, one is delivered there is no refunds allowed and basicallynot they're problem. Called the store again trying to reach the sales man or manager and the person who answers was so rude that hung up the phone on me. As soon as I was able to talk to a rep on the customer service line they told me I couldn't get a refund, may be an exchange. After a week of waiting for a response to see if they were going and several calls in between they allowed exchange the exchange so the same day headed to the store and got another bed because and was supposed to be delivered today. Got a text saying it will get delivered from 10am to 1pm so it finally got here they had the wrong item! Wrong color and wrong headboard. Now I have to wait to see when are they going to deliver the right item again, so far I haven't got a response because someone supposed to call me and no one has so I called the 1800 number just to be told someone will call me back. Like a previous reviewer said no accountability and sales people are not honest they just want to sell you wherever. The only one that help me was Anahi which helped choose a new bed and was nice and pacient. I will never got back to the store, we are really disappointed.
Ty, our sales representative was absolutely amazing. He was super knowledgeable about the details of your sofas and his personality and demeanor and non-pushy salesman stereotype made it such a great experience. Ashley is lucky to have a valued employee such as him. We bought the caramel sectional at the front of the store off of IH 10.
Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Issues, Zero Accountability We purchased a full bedroom set from Ashley Furniture (Fiesta Trails – San Antonio, TX) on September 25, 2025, and have now endured three incorrect deliveries, unreturned calls, and constant misinformation. One delivery was rescheduled from Tuesday to Friday with no notice, and our most recent delivery on November 4 (11:30 AM – 2:30 PM) never arrived or updated us until nearly 6 PM. The salesperson, Aaron Schubert, is a very smooth talker but completely lacks in customer service — do not be fooled. He has repeatedly misled us with false assurances that issues were fixed when they were not. The roll slats for our storage bed (Item B446-60) were never properly ordered, and even after a full reorder, they failed to include them again. A replacement footboard that was sent for prior delivery damage arrived damaged again, and every delivery team has given us conflicting explanations (first we needed roll slats, then hardware, then roll slats again). We’ve made at least eight calls to customer service, the corporate team, and the store — yet no one follows up. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor communication is absolutely unacceptable. Our son’s room is still incomplete, and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting. If you’re considering a purchase from this location — especially with salesperson Aaron Schubert — proceed with caution. He may sound convincing, but the follow-through and service are nonexistent. We expected much better from a company like Ashley Furniture. We will be escalating this issue directly to Ashley Global Retail’s Legal Department and Corporate Offices, as local management and staff have completely failed to resolve even the most basic part of this order.
