I will first of all advise people "BEWARE" when shopping at Ashley's furniture. My husband and I went to shop for some furniture for my mother-in-law back on give or take April 24th or 25th. We specifically shopping for a twin bed and a dresser drawer. When approached by a sales named "Norberto" my husband asked him if he can show us twin beds and a dresser that they might have to show in store due to the fact cause apparently Ashley's doesn't always have certain furniture that their "On-line" website stated in was in store, but they didn't have at all. Overall this company's store and up to customer care do not resolve anything for rhe money you pay for the merchandise or any issues you might have with the furniture!! Now I realize why Ashley's furniture was sued at one point. One we weren't explained or showed their policy on returns or refunds. Then my husband drove all the way to New Braunfels to pick up the furniture himself. Then after doing that and had the furniture when my husband assembled the furniture we came to noticed that the mattress that was sold and received did not fit whatsoever within the twin bed frame which that mattress shifted around side to side and front to back which concerned us cause my mother-in- law is an elderly fragile and is a "FALL RISK" too.My husband called the store and the store was no help nor did anyone cared to help him with the issue about the mattress except to refer him to some "Customer Care" number that was provided to him and after a few days I did a follow up to help my husband about this mattress issue and spoke to someone that I had a language barrier with but help at least to create a "Order Ticket" number for my complaint issue and was told that someone will contact us back. Then my husband received an email or was contacted the next day which was just last week and spoke to a Johana that told my husband that they will help to resolve this issue with the mattress. Here we are another week since we purchased this furniture and no one yet has bothered to resolve anything and just today in the early hours of the day at 5am I was called that my mother-in-law had slipped off the bed and fell on the floor and this is the whole reason we have been stressing to Ashley's regarding this mattress!! I should be calling an attorney and sue Ashley's for what has happened to my mother-in-law!! Mind you here we are about (17) days later and still no resolution!! First and last time I will ever shop or recommended anyone to Ashley's!! I now had to post this since we are very very unsatisfied with the furniture and their customer service, but yet my mother-in-law's money for that mattress is not worth what she is in debt for which is $249.99!! Have not received any resolution nor any credit for this mattress that doesn't fit the twin bed frame!!

I felt lied to, I went into the store wanting a couch for my new apartment. I wanted to look by myself but of course I was hounded by a sales rep the second I step in. I asked for a fully leather couch. We go to it and it’s comfortable so I buy it along with a full leather ottoman. After I buy the items I ask the sales suggest any dining room tables to check them out, he just gave me his card and walked away. I went home and searched up the couch I just bought, turned out to be half faux leather which is not what I wanted. I returned the couch and ottoman.
