Blair has been a dream to work with. She is so very sweet in nature, she is knowledgeable and efficient. We worked by phone from Kerrville. She found a good match to our requirements & we have a purchase in just a few hours.! We are so grateful. Blair is a perfect fit to replace Hilde who first "took us on as a project" in 2018. Hilde was magnificent in personality, charm & expertise. We were a small-time customer of Haverty's but she treated us as if we had a golden spoon in our mouth 🤣. I am a new resident in San Antonio. I was in search of living room furniture and visited Havertys. I was greeted by Blair who asked me about my furniture needs and budget. She and I spent quality time together looking at furniture. I found Blair to be warm, funny, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped me make design decisions and listened to me every step of the way. The last hour I was there we were joined by Patricia, their design consultant who was also helpful and knowledgeable. I’m grateful to Blair & Patricia who helped me on that Saturday afternoon. Thank you for your patience, expertise, and making the furniture buying process so much fun. I appreciate you. I have shopped at Haverty’s in the past and I was recently looking for a living room set. I saw a sofa that I really like but was not sure how to put the living room together. I wanted to stay away from the traditional living room layout but needed help. Thanks to Janet B and Patricia B, I was able to pick out beautiful pieces that work in my space. I was greeted immediately by Belinda and she immediately started asking me questions as to what I was looking for. She took me all around the showroom, showing me the variety of different options and I came up upon the two that I saw online and once we were there, we just started looking at fabric swatches because I wanted something that nobody else had so custom options were fantastic. However, they did not have the two color swatches That I was looking for so they ordered those Immediately once they come in I’ll be able to make my decision, Belinda was fantastic and very Thorough impatient with me. It always takes me a long time to make a decision so thank you for being so patient with me.

I had so much fun shopping at Havertys. I had never been in the store before, and I felt so welcomed immediately. Blair was so sweet and extremely helpful!!! I wasn’t even sure if I was going to get anything, but she helped me find something I love so much that I couldn’t pass it up. The customer service is excellent and the communication while waiting for your furniture to be made is also top tier. I cannot wait for my couch to be delivered, and when I’m in the market for another furniture piece, I will definitely go back to Havertys.
