Use to love going to Omaha and visit this shop. Recently bought a bunch of seasonings like I always do. Upon returning home I noticed after peeling back label on the “FlatIron Pepper Co garlic chipotle and onion” it was expired by 3 months. Tried reaching out on Facebook with no reply. Upon calling the shop was put on hold then hung up on. Tried to call back right away an was ignored. Also have data purchase receipt. Products are always great. Customer service was not!

Just rode my bike up, parked it and the lady goes Can I help you? I told her Yes, I was just going to buy some hot sauces. She says "you have to wait I'm smoking a cigarette" and continues to not even smoke it, but talk with others outside while I can't go make a purchase. I'm glad a cigarette was more important than a guaranteed sale, I definitely was gonna buy quite a few, I'm out. I can find somewhere that would like my business more than a smoke.

3 days in a row they've closed early. Usually they have been closing 45 to 50 minutes before their closing time which sucks. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

Good selection but had a bad experience here. Not 2 minutes after a buying gift I realized I needed to return it and was told they don’t accept returns and to contact the owner. When I asked how to do that the employee pointed to the door and said come back tomorrow. No contact info or any help whatsoever, he was really quite rude. For reference it was a packaged item that was clearly untouched since purchase

The staff at Ashley’s is extremely friendly and helpful, some last minute Christmas shopping got me stuck in a tough place and Ashley’s came through big time!
