I can't say enough good things about this place! I needed a a very LAST-minute rental, because plans changed dramatically the mid-day before my son's birthday party, which was also Dec 28th, so I was facing finding something in this lull between christmas and new year, when many businesses are closed. I figured I would not be able to find anything, but I took a chance and reached out to a few places via the online forms. Astro Jump was the ONLY place that responded to me, and they did so very quickly, even continuing our communication after business hours, as I went back and forth trying to find something that fit our budget. Tonya was so incredibly patient with me as I asked for quotes on like 5 different units, and helped me get the best discounts they had available. She got me all of the paperwork that evening, we signed the digital contracts, and she worked me into the delivery schedule for the very next day, again, Dec 28th! The person who did the drop off and pickup was incredibly kind and efficient, and they communicated with me in a timely manner about each. Astro Jump literally saved the birthday party! All of the guests very much enjoyed the bounce house obstacle course, the kids literally only came inside for cake, haha. I am very grateful for their patient, kind, and quick help, and I will definitely be using them again for my bounce house needs in the future!
Astro Jump provided a Gingerbread Combo Bounce house and slide for our end of the year school festivities. Our kids and teachers loved it! Delivery was on time and polite. Chase had everything he needed for set-up. Tonya was great with communication. The bounce house was clean and in great condition. We would definitely order from Astro Jump again!
It was really amazing working with Astra jump of Atlanta. I liked how there was a great selection and they have the perfect bouncy house for what I needed. They showed up on time got it installed and everything went so smooth. Customer service was great. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend anybody to use them.
We needed a dunk tank with just a few days notice. AstroJump was immediately responsive to my request and communicating with me after business hours to make sure I had the information I needed to confirm the reservation. They were prompt with delivery and pickup. Communication throughout was excellent. They made it so easy and I'll gladly use them again in the future!
We highly enjoyed the 27’ tall slide! It was so fun to have the dual lanes and the slip and slide at the end. We celebrated our 30th birthday and people of all ages got to enjoy the slide! It was a great time and the team set up the slide quickly and took it down quickly too. The customer service was great and everyone was so friendly.
