Astute has the best pour overs Omaha hands down. They have unique coffees from roasters both throughout the US and globally. You can always some really amazing and unique coffees :) The atmosphere is also amazing, so much sun and the friendliest employees! It's a great nonprofit that serves young adults impacted by the foster care system. It's my go to cafe in Omaha.

Stellar! Absolutely stellar. The warm and cozy vibes are immediate as you enter this place. It’s set in a cool building with lots of natural day light and seating options. Baristas are friendly and skilled, before I paid I believe my coffee was already sitting there ready for me. Not to mention, absolutely delicious. The prices are fair and cheap for what you’re getting. Definitely worth stopping by for a great coffee.

One of the most fun experiences I have had at a coffee shop in a while! They have an extensive library of pour-over options, carrying incredible coffees from roasters such as Black & White Coffee Roasters, Onyx, and Archetype (local). If you want to nerd out over a great cup of coffee in a unique space, then Astute should be on your short list of shops to try in Omaha. Plus, by getting your caffeine fix, you are helping support their mission as a nonprofit!

Came here with a few friends to try out some of their pour over options. They had such a wide selection to choose from and the people working here are wonderful, they let smell a few of the beans since we were undecided on what to get. I loved the presentation and taste when the coffee came out. The vibes inside are wonderful as it’s a perfect place to catch up with a friend.

I have been wanting to come try Astute for a long time knowing it's not just a coffee shop. This morning I stopped in and got a cold brew to go and it was wonderful! Faster than a chain. The employee walked my coffee out to me as well instead of just passing it over the counter! Very personable. My coffee also was really good. I am so picky and it was just right. I don't remember when that last happened when i bought a coffee. Keep up the good work y'all!
