Shyla was very helpful and friendly. She greeted me with a warm smile and helped me get my textbook.

Don't trust them. I got a refund for a digital book, but they charged me twice a week later. I called them out for it, they stopped but denied it. They charged $2 randomly and I asked but they never addressed it. Are they stupid or crooked? Hard to say, but you should order on Amazon. If you have to buy here, go in person with cash so they don't keep your card info.

For months, I cannot find even one school logo notebook except for 5 subjects only. Not even one hardback school logo binders. This bookstore really does not promote school pride. Their selection of merchandise including school supplies reduced by nearly half after renovation.

These guys literally sell plain paper notebooks for quadruple the actual retail price, maybe even quintuple. That's ridiculous and sad and reflects poorly on the school. What is this place a Ponzi scheme?

Last spring I was told on the phone I had to come in to pay a fee, once I came in I was told the person I needed to be there was gone but I could call and pay, I called again and was told I needed to come in to pay as you can’t on the phone, and then after I came on the right day they couldn’t even find my late book info in their PAPER binder. Eventually they called me on the phone and let me pay on the phone. Now I’m currently waiting on a hold being removed sometime this week because the holds person will be in either Monday or Tuesday, and then they’re really busy. Any of those employees should be able to allow me to pay my hold and take it off. Now as I’m trying to call, their phone doesn’t even work.
