One of my gas fireplace stopped working: It would turn on, but shut off after about 5 minutes. I searched the web and thought it was a part has gone bad. I found At home Repair on Google and sent a request. I got a call that day. Excellent response time. I was told it may not need an any part but if needed that would be extra. I was quoted a tuneup cost for 1 fireplace. When I asked for two, I got a small and fair discount. I appreciate fairness. Well, I ended up just needing a tuneup and good cleaning. I was not sold unnecessarily parts and labor and was given tips on how to place my fireplace logs for best use. Wow, Excellent response time, service, fair and honest business. What is not to love.
