I had a good experience with Atlier salon. Nicolle was very friendly and understood my needs. I was getting a color for the first time. Although the initial shade wasn’t really what I wanted, she was able to fix it quickly. I left happy. Got compliments from friends and family that the colour looks great! Thanks to Nicolle

Janet gave me the exact layered cut I was looking for. After three years of not being able to find a good hairstylist in the US, I’d actually wait until trips back to India just to get my hair cut—until I found Janet. I’ll definitely be sticking with her. So glad I discovered Atelier! I was worried it might be overpriced because it’s in Santana Row, but I had nothing to worry about. It was $120 and included a lovely treatment and massage

I had an amazing experience at Atelier Studio! Esperanza were warm, attentive, and made my hair look and feel incredible. Loved the botanical treatment and extended cut—will definitely be returning!

Estela does an absolutely wonderful job on my hair. The few times I’ve seen them so far will ensure that I continue to come back to see them again in the future. They’re so sweet and always apologizes if they tug a little (which is absolutely my hair’s fault and not theirs) and they really knocks my bright red fashion color out of the park. I’ve also seen Lauren and Anna at this salon as well. Anna is very nice and really takes the time to understand what you want before starting a service, and she totally recovered my hair from a previous mishap. A shoutout to Efren as well for helping so much when an extra set of hands is needed for my service! I’ve seen them giving blowouts as well a few times, and they are always very sweet and gentle with those clients.

I went to Nicolle for a balayage, she does really listen and do what you want. Here’s my before and after, but then another picture of 4 months later. The bleaching looks so uneven now, of course my color has washed off, but I don’t get how the color on my right side is still there but not on the left. One other note is my scalp hurt for a week after I went to Nicolle, she pulled hair a lot. Never happened to me before at other salons for balayage. Also, I had major split ends only on the bottom of my hair despite the haircut, which I should have revisited as soon as a week later because they don’t fix it later. I get that I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible, but she should have mentioned the split ends and how much I need to cut. I had to get a cut at the bottom at a different salon.
