I had been having some really bad muscle soreness since I started working out again for the first time in 3 years so I stopped by to get a BCAA. I was greeted upon arrival by Nico and a friend of his; Nico was incredibly welcoming, informative, professional and kind. He recommended the perfect supplement for me and I've seen a difference in my energy and recovery since then. This place is so convenient because it's next door to Chuze so I'll be back again!

This place is amazing and the staff is even more amazing specifically Nico, he was super attentive and helped me find a clean protein powder that is safe for pregnant women. I love this nutrition shop! It feels like I’m with family when I’m there. Staff is very helpful but Alex goes above and beyond to help you find what best suits you. They have a cool spot to take pics so you can show off your gains! Great products and great prices!! Stop by! You’re gonna love it!

Excellent customer service every time I’m there. They treat you like family and if you ever need any type of gym/workout advice they are more than happy to help. Best of all they beat competitor pricing.
