I've had very weak and painful knees for years after an injury and my new doctor set up physical therapy appointments here. After just one appointment so far I'm feeling much better with exercises I've learned and used in just a few days. I'm going back and very happy to because of how helpful this staff is. A great place to go and start getting better with their treatment! 👍

Am currently receiving PT for shoulder. Appointments start on time, ample parking, and a lot of varied equipment. Liz is my therapist and she is terrific - highly skilled and always shares good info to maximize sessions. The whole crew warm and friendly. Would highly recommend.

G M..I love this physical therapy place number one it's very clean. The people that work there are very very kind & compassionate about the field that they work in and also the people that they work with. However I don't have reliable transportation right now. I am wIting on diala ride to make a decision so I can hurry up and come back because veyo is not reliable at all. So please keep me in your prayers. Sincerely, Ms. Joyce Pierce.

Company lacked equipment for proper recovery. Staff was distracted often on their phones hovering behind the desk. Very poor personal attention and lack basic education or advice when I asked my questions about my treatment. No massage flex electric stimulation devices were offered even with a traumatic multipoint ankle fracture. Minimal guidance during my exercises. Poor work attitudes when I did. Bottom line never use this company if you want results.

The physical therapy itself was great! It really started to help my shoulders and back. My issue is this, when I first started with them I was told each visit would be a $25 copay with my insurance. After 3 weeks I was then told that I don't have a copay and it's actually an $85 deductible. That went from $75 in 3 weeks to $255. Way higher than I was originally told. They shifted the blame back on me saying, "You should have double checked with your insurance". That's not professionalism, especially when they originally told me that it was $25 through my INSURANCE. They should have said, "we won't know when your per visit fee will be until the insurance processes the claim". Then I would have done more research into it.
