I trusted that due to this firm's size and reputation that they would be professional, responsive, and ultimately fight for me. I was going through a divorce and wanted to feel confident, but I was confused about 75% of the time. The guidance I received backfired tremendously and I was left hanging at the end. I wish I had more legal knowledge, so I wouldn't have wasted so much unnecessary time and money at the end, just to still not receive anything I desired out of this divorce. I've had to submit a number of complaints: - Attorney not returning emails for 3 weeks on end. I would have to call or reach out to finance for updates - Paralegal drafting up documents with numerous errors. Eventually they switched my paralegal with no context as to why - Constantly asking for things I already submitted - Concerns with last minute cost being sprung on me. They tried to give me 3 days to come up with $4,000. No mention of this in my initial paperwork or from my attorney as we prepared for trial. My attorney was a nice person, but not the ideal lawyer when dealing with a vindictive spouse. I had a person to represent me, not fight for me like I would've expected. All the evidence and information gathered was useless. I could tell my case was not prioritized. They take on more cases then they can handle and charge top dollar as if you're getting premium service, but you will not. It's clearly a money focused firmed. After my court date, my attorney just stopped responding and never finalized my divorce paperwork for us to sign... that should say enough right there.

I know I went to the right place. My initial consultation was so much more than I expected. I was extremely impressed with what I experienced in professionalism and also warmth and support from Sara. I felt her desire for me to make the decisions I want to make. I heard her knowledge and experience which she conveyed in clear explanations. I have every confidence in this group. The team used excellence in how they communicated with me by phone and email before I arrived. I don’t know my outcome yet, but I do know that I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for this important life event.
