I had shopped around for an upgraded e-bike with both a torque & cadence sensor and ATV wholesale outlet had 2 models I could test drive. The team at ATV Wholesale Outlet were excellent at explaining the differences, and let me test drive both models with no pressure. I chose the Velotric Summit, and couldn’t have been happier with my purchasing experience. However, after 4 months and 300 miles of pure enjoyment an anomaly came up where the power cable from the motor to the battery somehow came loose and almost wrapped completely around the cog, causing a motor failure error code. Baffled about how this happened, I brought it in this week to see if this was covered, and how this scenario could even have happened. This is when the ATV Staff really shined, particularly Daniel & Charles. They explained in detail how it could have happened, confirmed it was a rare scenario and checked the bike in to take a further look, and they’d get back to me. Daniel called the next day and said the bike was repaired, tested & ready for pickup. Wow! Excellent service with superfast turnaround….I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase at the store, but it was this support issue that revealed just how good they are! I Highly recommend you consider them when purchasing an e-bike, and you can rest easy if an issue suddenly comes up like mine, you’re in Good Hands with the ATV wholesale outlet team. Thanks again!

Best Christmas gift ever. My son absolutely loved his e-bike from ATV Wholesale and I absolutely loved buying it from them. I was late as usual Christmas shopping and was worried I’d have to put a picture of a bike under the tree. Found ATV Wholesale on FB marketplace and called immediately. They had the exact bike I had researched for a good price and was able to do whole purchase over the phone. They held it for me until I could pick up a couple days later. When I picked it up it was all put together and even had a bow already. All I had to do was roll it under the tree. Thank you ATV for helping this Mrs Claus make her son’s Christmas with come true this year. If I’m ever in the market for another bike I will definitely be back to see you guys!!!

I purchased a Ventus 1+ from ATV Wholesale Outlet in early September and received it in October. Overall, it was a great experience—especially considering how popular and hard-to-get these bikes were at the time. The ordering process was very simple and straightforward. We had such a great experience at ATV Wholesale Outlet! We got three bikes, and the owner personally helped us throughout the process. Everyone there was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We got an amazing deal, and the team that helped us load the bikes was really nice and professional.
