ATX Clean did a fantastic job of cleaning the exterior of our home. Ian’s work is high quality and the results are undeniable - the house looks much better!
The team was friendly, but the service was very disappointing. They rushed through the job, and it showed. The exterior windows were left streaky, splotchy, and many... especially on the third floor... weren’t even touched. The pressure washing and house exterior were also incomplete and spotty, with little attention to detail. At the very least, they could have set the right expectations up front and walked the property afterward to check their own work instead of leaving me to be the inspector. I ended up spending hours touching up areas myself and ultimately had to hire another company to redo the entire job. Their approach might work for quick commercial work, but for a high-end residential home, the quality simply wasn’t there. I would have gladly paid more to have it done right the first time. I'm not the type of guy to do these types of reviews but I felt inclined to.
ATX Clean Pressure washing did a fantastic job, we had them do some commercial work for us, they cleaned 4 schools for us and they all look amazing. Ian is always on time, he is a great communicator and I wont even look for another company again. We are very happy with the results. Their work speaks for itself.
I was very happy with this service! Ian was personable, professional and prompt. My patio & driveway look brand new. The price was also reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
