I recently went to ATX Family Dental for whitening gel and trays. My experience was excellent as the staff (Fey, Dr. Amanda, and Bethany) were professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns about sensitivity and recommended a plan to address the concerns. Once my trays and gel came in, they were able to answer my questions around how long to use the gel, how to handle if my teeth did experience any sensitivity, and avg. time it may take for my teeth to start whitening. The office is new, modern, and has the latest technology. Parking is also easy as there is a good size parking lot. Highly recommended if you’re considering or looking for a new dental office.
I’ve been going to ATX Family Dental for years, and their new office just makes the whole experience even better. It’s bright, modern, and somehow makes going to the dentist feel… normal? Pleasant, even? I had a cavity filled recently, and honestly the worst part was trying to pick which Netflix show to watch while they worked. The dentist walked me through everything with photos and super clear explanations, so there were zero surprises. Basically, just a smooth, painless fix and me halfway through an episode of my favorite show. The whole team is friendly, efficient, and consistently great every visit. If you want a place that actually makes dental work easy, ATX Family Dental is an easy yes.
I've started telling everyone I know to make the switch. You won't regret it. Doctor Amanda does a great job, and all the staff help explain everything that is going on. I like having my hand held at the dentist, and it doesn't hurt that I can pick a show to watch to distract me from whatever is going on.
If I could give ATX Family Dental six stars, I would. This was my first dental experience in Downtown Austin and I cannot say enough great things about this practice. The office is beautiful and bright and colorful, the people are incredibly kind and bubbly, the dental cleaning and exam were super professional. I had a few dental concerns and was walked through all of the options possible, many of which have never been a possibility at other dentists. Dr. Adam and his wife have done a fabulous job with their practice, and it feels like way more than a local family practice. The only way I will ever get a new dentist is if I leave Austin, and even then, flights aren’t that expensive.😂 I love you guys already @ ATX Family Dental!
I had such a great experience at ATX Family Dental. I came in with pain from previous dental work done elsewhere, and the dentist took the time to really listen and explain what was going on. He was honest, conservative, and didn’t rush me into unnecessary treatment. The whole team was kind, thorough, and made me feel comfortable right away. I finally feel like I’m in good hands, highly recommend!!
