This place was amazing. Went in looking to upgrade my teenagers system. I had a budget and they got me hooked up with an amazing set up all within my budget. Super patient and informative when talking about what system to get and even what to look for when purchasing vinyl.

Audio Exchange is a high end audiophile meca with new and used equipment. This is not your basic Best Buy shopping trip! They have an amazing selection of serious turntables, speakers and everything in between. I didn't know that turntable pucks were even a thing!

As a REALTOR® here in RVA I love to give reviews on local business's that excel and this gem of a company does just that. I was looking to introduce my young son to vinyl records and play him some of my dusty collection, but I didn't have a record player. A friend told me through the secret audiophile network of 'Audio Express' and one lunch time I was driving by it so, in I went. Oh my, the place is mind blowing!!! I got the full tour by the extremely knowledgable staff and got to listen to some of the most expensive speakers ever! My budget was not that, but, the team were just happy someone was getting into playing records again. I did buy a great turntable from them to add to an old Yamaha system I bought. If you need honest advice either about system choice and installation or even getting them to source a record for you they offer 5 star customer service. Now it's one of my sons favourite places to go to! #BritInRva

Spent a couple hours at Audio Exchange today... Donny was just great and the new Warwick Acoustics Bravura Headphone System they currently have for audition was outstanding... Go take a listen for yourself!! They have a fabulous selection of vinyl and what Rob doesn't know about music isn't worth knowing and as a result I left with 7 great albums. In short, an awesome Hi-Fi and music loving experience and a great team of guys. I'll be back for more of the same - Thanks Audio Exchange.
