After making inquiries from many of the audio repair stores in the valley about a vintage cabinet turntable, am/fm radio restoration, returning it to working condition, a family member chose Audio Wizard. We both took the entire innards of the cabinet to Audio Wizard. Gary was very professional as well as personable. Quite confident that this project was completely doable. This after being put off by several of the companies we contacted and even Gary was appalled at some of the amounts we were quoted. The value of this piece is not monetary but, one passed from one generation to another with memories attached. We anxiously await the completion of this project and appreciate Gary's expertise and understanding in taking this project on. Thank you

Gary is the best! I took my vintage turntable to 3 different shops and was not able to get it running. Until I found Gary's shop, he was the only one skilled enough to repair it! It took 4 months to get repaired but all the wait was worth it! You just need to be patient, he will always keep in communication with you. Thanks again, Gary!

He has really long wait times because he can fix anything and everyone knows it and brings Gary their equipment. I brought him a record turntable that another place told me was not reparable and five other audio repair places said they did not have the skills to repair it. Gary rebuilt the turntable and works good as new. You might be reading these other reviews saying go somewhere else but he is probably the only guy in AZ that can do what he does. He’s also a nice guy and is very honest.

I had a vintage Pioneer receiver that was intermittently cutting in-and-out on one channel and had a case of the crackles on a couple of knobs. I reached out to two high-end audio places asking who they recommended for vintage equipment and they both recommended Audio Wizard. All communication replies over email were quick and communication was good. I brought the receiver in and they had it fixed ahead of time. Everything is as it should be and the price was right, too. I'll definitely bring more equipment here. Recommend.
