The customer service experience I had was very unprofessional. I inquired with Joan about her team catering for our wedding. Gave her our date, location and head count the first time I inquired with her. She scheduled us for a taste testing and cancelled the morning of and told me she’d reschedule us and provide us with a quote and then a couple days later after not hearing from her she emailed me and said her team would no longer be able to accommodate because of the travel distance and guest count. To me, that’s something you disclose from the beginning and not 3 weeks after interacting with me about providing the service. It was very disappointing how the situation was handled by Joan.

Joan and her team were wonderful and the food was delicious! One of my biggest fears for my wedding was having "boring and generic" food. The meal Joan delivered was far from that. Everyone has been raving about how good the food was and how much of it was available. Thank you all for helping to make our day perfect!

I booked Aunt Sissy's Kitchen for my wedding reception and it was by far the best decision I ever made while planning my wedding. Joan was so helpful and offered great recommendations that made my day perfect. My wedding was almost a month ago and I still have guests talking about how delicious the meal was! Communication was Joan was excellent and she was ready to help with questions or concerns I might have. The prices were great and the quality of the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this business for the service, prices, quality, and menu choices!

I just want to take a moment to thank Joan and her staff at Aunt Sissy's Kitchen for being the wedding caterer and for providing bartending services for our big day. It is obvious that we made the right decision by choosing them. The staff showed great patience and professionalism while serving our group and it helped make our wedding day more perfect than we ever could have imagined. While we got many compliments on the venue, photographer, speeches, etc., the one compliment that we heard the most was how amazing the food was and how great the bartenders were. People were happy that it wasn't the standard wedding food and were dying for seconds and even thirds. It was simply amazing and everyone enjoyed every bit of it! I would like everyone to know how amazingly skilled, professional, helpful, and easy to work with Joan and her staff are, but more importantly, how delicious the food was!
