I’ve been a client at Aura for over 10 years, primarily for neurotoxins. Larry and his team are outstanding. I have always had perfect results – I’ve never needed to go back for a correction. Ever. The aesthetic injector is always kind, caring, and detailed. The front desk team is consistently thoughtful and patient. I highly recommend this wonderful med spa.

Before they got started they said, “You’re not going to need numbing or ice, right”. (Wrong!) I’m used to injection appointments lasting 15 minutes. Placing my Botox and filler took over an hour! My injector drew on my face with quite a bit of marker and seemed very inexperienced. I have a lot of experience getting fillers but there was never space for me to describe my preference in amount or brand of filler. My cheeks hurt for 3-weeks and then 2-months later every bit of whatever they filled me with dissolved. She went so deep under my muscle and close to the bone and I usually just get a little superficially. (Not only did this bruise and hurt like hell, I’m worried about permanent damage.) In the end I was extremely overfilled and frozen. I live around the corner and was hoping to make this my routine spot. There was no post-visit survey or anything so I’m leaving a review. I’m sure there’s so good staff there I just had bad luck.

The staff here are super friendly. Been coming here for a few years now and the specials they run on Dysport are the best deals I’ve seen in the city. I just came from seeing Dr Ata, she is wonderful and gave me some great recommendations on treatments.
