If you have a dog and you love him very much, never think about taking him to this clinic, they are very unprofessional, they give you bad diagnoses, they return your dog worse than when you took him causing their death, and they only take a lot of money from you. I took my dog for a walk and they returned it to me, they gave me a medicine for something that my dog never had, supposedly my dog had X-rays, blood samples and everything was fine, the next day I had to take my dog to another emergency hospital because he was very serious because he had his urinary tract obstructed by a stone and his bladder burst, he never had anything that was supposedly diagnosed, we took him too late for trusting these supposed doctors!!!! And my dog unfortunately died!!! They only steal your money if you love your pet never bring them here

The vet and assistant were very patient with my puppy. Slightly pricey though, but I think all vets are expensive.

Our dog was a patient for several years, during a blood test the vet advised us that he may have Cushings. So for several, several, months, we have paid a large amount of money for our dogs testing He does have Cushings, so the vet wanted to see him every two weeks, to make sure his disease is under control. and we paid and paid. Then comes the time for a test and I did not have all the money, I asked to pay half and the remaining balance on the first, because, we are on a limited income. which would have been over $700. i was told no, Receptionist told me that I should look around for a free clinic or one with lower fees. I did just that found a Vet clinic that is a lot less for my Dogs treatments. I need to say that our dog has difficulty getting into our car, as his back legs are not good. I planned on continuing to use Aurora hills, for our dog Lubrella shot, but after a incident regarding my dogs medicine, that he cannot miss, makes me rethink it all. I was told that I had to have a "consult" with the vet inorder to get his medicine, the charge was $92.00, as the Dr. would not sign off on another vets notes. but they could put it under the wellness plan we have as a medical consult. in the meantime I had made calls to the other vet. Guess what, got my dogs med loaded into the Chewy Portal. Now the Aurora vet calls my husband. A two minute (maybe) call for him to tell her we have it taken care of. This evening I received a invoice for $92, that will be paid by Snout. Honestly, it is up to you to take your pet here. But be careful because the charges add up quickly, been calling the vet clinic that did the testing to get his med to Chewy, as it would save us $100. I said

If you care about your pet don't come here. Firstly the older woman at the front likes to fear mogul into unnecessary appt. My pet shakes of terror when going to that vet and does not do that after I took her to another vet, (she had shots and was happy.) This place is over priced and the dr. just seem to hate animals. Lastly, completely lied about my dog being underweight. I brought her to another vet, and they told me she is superb condition and correct weight class. I will not be going here any longer.
