I will be including the positive and the negative of my first visit here. My friend invited me to get my nails done here. And I am not a girlie girl. But the Holidays were coming so I obliged. When I do get my nails done, I always go for gel mani/Pedi. This place is really nice. Crowded but nice. I was told to sit in station 7 with Melanie. Super sweet girl and very good at her job. She did my nails as I asked and honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. Now the negative. Upon my inspection of the nails, I pointed out that my index finger on my right hand didn't look like it cured correctly. The tip was lifting. She mentioned that it's supposed to look like that. I have done gel nails, and know that there was something off. I asked her again and once again reassured me that it's fine. Not even 4hrs pass and the nail continue to lift. So I called the salon. I explained the situation and was told that they can fix for an additional fee. While I understand that If I had done something myself to it, for me to pay. But that wasn't the case, I literally asked to check on my nails before I left. So now fast forward to today, the gel peelee complete off my index finger. The rest of the nails are fine tho. Just unfortunate that they couldn't help in this matter. I will surely go someplace else. But if you do go hear, advocate for yourself. Because you will end up paying more than you should.

this has always been a go to for nails for the past 3 years. It's a bit expensive but the service is worth it. Today my experience through out the service was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. But when it came to pricing i'm honestly taken a back and feel completetly taken advantage of. I booked my service through class pass for a refill which is priced at $50 And was charged an extra $150 for design. I was in between two designs the one I have or completely chrome. The artist assured me that what I have would look better. My nails were painted pink and two gold Star was added to each nails with a gem. According to cashier at the front each star with a gem is $8, something I wish would've have been disclosed earlier. To be honest, this is not a $200 dollar refill set. I have always been one to recommend this place to the girlies. I've had friends have a bad experience when it came to pricing and today if make sense.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at this salon thanks to Vic (station 12)! She is extremely talented, professional, and detail-oriented. She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and the results always exceed my expectations. Vic is also so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. My nails always look flawless and last so long! I highly recommend asking for Vic (station 12) if you’re looking for beautiful nails and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

Ari (station 17) is unbelievably talented!! Her work is impeccable and she is soooo speedy! I have never had such detailed, perfect work in such a fast session. I was so impressed with her from start to finish. The nail bar is also very very very clean and beautiful. I love their decor and their attention to cleanliness. 10/10 will be returning

Best salon, not only clean but so welcoming everytime I go. The owner is Brazilian and she is the absolute sweetest! I’m always taken straight away, the last 2 times I got sat with Maria Paula and she is amazing!! Prepares my nails the best anyone ever has and my nails with her last 3-4 weeks! She also does my eyebrows, and they look the best ever as well!!
