Love Aurora rents shoreline. I am a small plumbing & electrical contractor and rent lots of equipment from them. Equipment is always in excellent condition and well taken care of. Anytime I’ve had a problem, they’ve worked with me on the rental rate. Brandon and Craig at the front desk are awesome and have always been very helpful. i’ve rented everything from them from a 15 foot manlift, pipe, threader, rigid camera, scope, and their mini excavators. I’ve even had my concrete saw worked on there and they did an awesome job with that as well. Saved me $900 from having to buy a new one. highly recommend them for all tool rentals and equipment rentals

EDIT : Aurora rents reached out immediately after this review and offered to make things right .. That means a lot these days.. I will definitely use them again.. Accountability is something a lot lack these days and the fact that they called personally and offered to make it right Is huge .. Mistakes happen ... I’ve used this place before and I usually have no issues and they are very nice, but for some reason if you rent a plumbing snake Be very careful because they soak it in gas for some reason, I was not gonna do this review until I got in my almost brand new car this morning to realize it’s still reeks of gas.. Disappointed is an understatement and as I was Using the machine, gas was flying all over our walls and bathroom door It took us bleach and a bucket of water to clean the walls and doors and it’s still smelled like gas.. I don’t understand the reasoning for using gas all over the snake. Never experienced this before.. But I’m pretty bummed out about the whole thing Especially my car.. Not something that I expected, considering it’s an electric machine..
