I had a great experience as a first time customer at the Shoreline location. Friendly and patient staff helped me figure out what type of tool I needed for the job, and the tool itself worked just as it should. What could have been a dealbreaker quickly turned into another thumbs up- when I picked up the tool, the person on the dock forgot to give me a crucial part. When I called the store about it, they immediately dispatched someone to bring it to me on site. They quickly made it right and saved me a massive headache. These guys will be my first call next time I need any kind of rental.

Been renting here for 15+ years- like having my own local garage of tools, but I don't have to do the maintenance! Purchased a number of Stihl professional battery tools, and consistently impressed with the capability. Shout out to Brandon for his excellent customer service, depth of knowledge, follow up, and great attitude. It really is the people who make the business.

Store is well appointed with everything most individuals would need but the customer service is not great. The first time I went in I had a decent experience. They were not terribly friendly, but employees shared the options for the item I was looking for and provided what was needed. However, the second time I went in, I dealt with a rude and condescending employee that repeatedly cut me off to incorrectly insist that I was requesting something that does not exist (lawn scarifier.) I absolutely will not return again. I may try the other location when the need arises as it is equidistant from my home but no one wants to be spoken to like they are an idiot so if the service is similar I will just find what I need somewhere else in the future.

Staff is great at this location. They have a wide variety of equipment rental as well as party rentals like slushie machines, tables, foldable chairs, canopy etc. it’s nice to have them in the neighborhood!
