Selling my house was a long and challenging process that stretched from April to November, but they stayed with me every step of the way and ultimately got the deal done. The sale had just about every obstacle you can imagine: a first buyer who backed out after inspection despite everything being disclosed, a tough market, multiple requests for concessions and price reductions, and a septic issue that surfaced mid-process. Through it all, Kasia was a skilled negotiator who knew when to find middle ground and when to stand firm.
