Such a great experience! This company has great communication. My apartment is always so clean when Patricia comes. My dog is also weird with new people in the apartment (he will hide under the table), but he likes Patricia and feels comfortable hanging out on the couch even though the vacuum is scary. 10/10 service
I am in awe of the phenomenonal job Austin Cleaning Crew provided me. I have lived in my apartment for two years and I feel like I just moved in. The ladies were in and out in 2 hours of my 1200 sq foot apartment, 2 beds, 2 baths and every nook was attended to, you would think they had an entire day to clean with the level of cleaning they provided. Ray was amazing in coordinating to work with my schedule last minute. My home is more than ready for the holidays. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommending to others. Also, their prices are unbeatable for the level of the service and professionalism!
The ladies that came & cleaned my house did an AMAZING job. Best [deep] clean I’ve had since moving to Austin. Absolutely wonderful!! My house smells fresh & clean. I was happily surprised that they strip & remake beds, remove items from surfaces to dust it entirely, clean blinds, fluff cushions, neatly put things back in place, and they even made a BOW on my toilet paper. The price is more than I’d ideally like to spend, however the QUALITY of service is truly incredible. I will be rebooking for a reoccurring basis and sending my friends to them. Thank you!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the very first phone call, the woman I spoke with was so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful—it immediately gave me confidence that I’d chosen the right company. When the two cleaning ladies arrived, they went above and beyond. Not only did they do an amazing job (better than I could have ever hoped for!), but they were so kind and understanding about our cats—who, of course, had to “help” by knocking things over. Nothing phased them; they handled everything with such patience, care, and a smile the whole time. Our home looks absolutely spotless, smells wonderful, and feels so refreshed. I’m honestly blown away by the level of detail and effort they put in. I’ll definitely be scheduling with them again and recommending them to everyone I know!
WOW!!!! 🤩 Just had Fabiola with Austin Cleaning Crew clean my home! Her attention to detail and meticulous cleaning left my home smelling and feeling great!!!!! I highly recommend them! Thank you for a great experience!!! UPDATE: I have been using Austin Cleaning Crew for almost a year. My original provider was no longer with them. A new provider, a team of cleaners, was assigned to my home. Originally, I was excited to have a team. However, time and time again, things were not dusted/cleaned, glass surfaces were left with film on them over and over again. I provided updates and pictures of the missed things. Even after providing photos that were shown to the team, they continued to ignore these items and not cleaning them at all. I welcomed Mike, the owner, to come over and look at what had been address. Instead of making it right, to my disbelief, they dropped me as a client.
