Austin Hair Restoration Clinic has the most caring and polite staff. They were considerate of me being trans and went out of their way to take care of me. They took time to give me the feminine rounded hairline I was seeking. My procedure was nearly 12 hours (2500 follicles) and they kept me as comfortable as possible during their marathon of work on me. They even fed me a delicious lunch. I'm excited to see results in the coming months. Since I'm sort of a public figure, being confident with my hair is very important and this team made sure to address all my concerns.

I wanted to wait a year to post a review so that I could comment on the procedure as well as the results. Well, that year has arrived and I can say, my experience with Austin Hair Restoration, Dr. Dubey, Anjali and staff were great from the initial consultation, to the procedure, to the follow-ups, and most importantly the results! Definitely 5 star! They answered all of my questions, and were always available. I received personalized service at every visit. All at Austin Hair Restoration truly care, not only above achieving the best results but also about what you want to accomplish. It was great having a local doctor and a convenient location. I highly recommend Austin Hair Restoration for all of your hair restoration needs.

I started a journey to explore hair options for my "Widows Peak" receding hairline pattern. After review many options in the greater Austin, TX area, I decided upon Austin Hair Restoration Clinic and the care of Dr. Dubey. As this is a medical procedure, I was more confident with his background in Emergency Room Medicine along with his results and reviews for hair restoration. I went into this experience understanding the emotional and financial considerations for such a procedure. I had many questions and wanted a deep understanding of the process. I could not have fully comprehended how effectively Dr. Dubey and his staff would address my doubts and apprehensions. Meticulous day by day instructions are provided so you can maximize the success your investment in the hair restoration process and achieve the desired results. The team is available by phone, email, text, or video call to answer questions, concerns, or uncertainties. Dr. Dubey's instructions are explicit and if followed, you will see the results expected. There is also comprehensive wound care instructions to ensure your heal as effectively as possible. You made the investment and went through the emotional cycle, so take the guidance and embrace it for success. Finally, with the procedure complete, the team continued to monitor over the next 6 months with check-in intervals to ensure the expected cycles were progressing and that you maintained a positive outlook as the process manifested over time. For example, they let you know that at approximately 3 months, most of the transplants will fall out as expected and to stay positive and trust in the process. It is truly like a miracle to see hair fallout in month 3, reemerge in month 4 and then accelerate through months 5-6. Every two weeks my family was just in awe of how much the spaces filled in and how healthy and natural the hair looked. The team did an amazing job of harvesting the many natural color variations in my hair and restoring my original look. My co-workers tell me I look 10 years younger and my wife says I look like a model! I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because my experience with Austin Hair Restoration Clinic has been phenomenal! The entire process with them has been extremely smooth, comforting, professional, and most of all, reassuring. The entire staff has always been so helpful in answering my (many) questions and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I truly felt like I was being taken care of with the best possible solution for my specific situation! From the easy, specialized consultation, to the scheduling and surgery day, and aftercare instructions - I always felt safe and knew what exactly to expect. If anything, my only surprise came from the surgery and how little pain there was after just the first day! It's now been about 9 months since my surgery and I could not be happier with the results I am seeing. I am happier and more confident in myself than I have ever been in my entire life, and for that I am so thankful for everyone at Austin Hair Restoration! My only regret is not doing this sooner!!
