Our dear dog loved to arrive at the pet ranch. She was happy to see us when we returned and always took a day or two to rest up from all the stimulation there. During her last visit she had an emergency medical crisis and collapsed. Staff called us immediately and transported her to a series of three vets for treatment. In the end we were heartbroken to learn she would not survive long enough for us to return from our trip; she had to be euthanized. Austin Pet Ranch went above and beyond in this situation. Highly recommend them.
Awesome family run business! I’ve been apprehensive to drop my dog off at a boarding place since he’s very clingy, but after Tucker Wyatts first visit at Austin Pet Ranch, he looked like he didn’t want to leave. The people that work there truly care and gave him all the love and attention he needed. So grateful for this place knowing it’s a beautiful area for the dogs to play, affordable, and run by wonderful people.
We have used Austin Pet Ranch for many years and cannot say enough about the excellent care our pets have received there. You have got to visit this place, my dog Lambert was so comfortable and well treated. He actually came back after boarding him hear as a much calmer and well behaved dog. Not they were asked to do anything special but it was the handling, atmosphere, and the caretakers that made the difference. He has been there as a day trip and a two week boarding and "Wow!". This will be the only place I will board him. I loved the staff, the area and their love of pets. You will not be disappointed.
If you were looking for a dog boarding in Austin, Texas it is no hassle under $40 a day/night and as simple as they could make it, This is your place. I read a review four months ago from Amber Whitaker, who looks to be wanting her dog boarded at an intensive care unit in a veterinary hospital. Nothing that that review said has happened in my six uses of this place. They’re wonderful people, If your trip gets extended, they’ll always work with you. And if you come home early, they don’t charge you for the days you reserved.
