The arcade machine ate my money and the front desk refused to take responsibility. Edit: also, my husband’s first language is spanish, he mistakenly referred to a girl using the pronoun “he” and she was very condescending trying to deviate the attention from the real issue trying to correct him. It was an honest non-english speaker mistake geez, I don’t mind whatever issue they have at the rink, but the staff’s attitude is not it. If they get kind people that actually enjoy working there, it would be a totally different experience.

Though the kids enjoy there, but this place is dark and have a scope for improvement. This place has potential to be a great place for entertainment. Its underutilized and not well maintained

Updated: I came in with higher expectations, as a fellow event coordinator and operations manager, but my main concerns are lack of hospitality with the kids that are working there. I arrived 15 minutes early in hopes of setting up, like you do for most events and were told to wait- sure. Most events don’t go as planned, so always fully prepared to wing it. They appear to have a lack of proper flip time, and take stress out on the customers. We got to the end of the event, last event of the day as they were about an hour and a half till’ closing, and they slammed the door open in our room, vacuuming, and consistently voicing how we needed to “hurry”. When I voiced that I was unsettled with the outcome of the event, she argued that we got our room “on time” and we need to leave, heard. Aside from that, bathrooms and venue were dirty, no hospitality, or curtesy to those paying for accommodations. Events here need work. Update: I personally was not informed, unsure of who was informed of this “warning”, once again, the events need work on their delivery, hospitality, and overall cleanliness of this venue. Their responses are not only condescending, but unprofessional as they do this to ALL reviews. Take this as a sign to book your children’s parties elsewhere. No set up time, break down, and absolutely no accountability.
