Hiring Rosa and Austin Wedding Planners was the best decision I made for our wedding. Rosa was an absolute joy to work with and an incredible partner throughout the entire planning process. She thoughtfully considered our preferences and budget, and connected us with outstanding vendors who were a perfect fit. Because Rosa was truly on top of every detail, the planning experience felt seamless and stress-free. Her communication was consistently professional and reassuring, and I never once felt overwhelmed leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly — she kept everything on schedule and handled every detail behind the scenes. She guided us through every detail: helping us find vendors that fit our style, ensuring we met venue and vendor requirements, and helping us stay on track through the chaos of wedding planning. On the wedding day, Rosa kept everything on track, brought our vision to life, and quickly resolved any vendor miscommunication so the day flowed seamlessly. Our venue had specific “approved” vendors & specific arrival & exit times, and everything went so smoothly! Rosa’s wealth of experience meant she handled all the behind-the-scenes logistics that couples often don’t even know how to anticipate, allowing us to focus on our vision. She is honest and direct, offering clear guidance so you can make the best decisions with confidence. She was invested in us, and in the day, not in just fulfilling a contract.
