I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I was involved in a minor fender bender and was assisted by Wayne, who was absolutely outstanding. I was extremely stressed trying to sort everything out and ran into some issues with the other driver’s insurance not paying out, but Wayne was incredibly understanding and did everything he could to help. The customer service here is truly next level, and because of this experience, I will bring any future business exclusively to Austin Collision—they are genuinely best in class.

I had an outstanding experience with Austin's Collision. I was in an accident during the holidays and my normal auto shop recommended I take my car here. AC sent a tow truck to my home, covered the fee, then when the at fault insurance company was being a huge pain to deal with, AC took care of everything and fought for me to get the appropriate parts for my repair. They were also very nice and provided excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend.
