Richard and Lottie did such a fantastic job with our front garden in 2021, that we got them back in 2023 to do our back garden. Both our front and back garden have turned out even better than we imagined! We’ve had letters through our door and comments from neighbours asking us for Richards details. Richard cleverly designed a planting plan so we have plants flowering from spring through to autumn to ensure there’s interest throughout the year. We’re very grateful for the relaxing oasis they’ve created for us, and we love seeing the garden mature each year. They are also an absolute pleasure to have around. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Richard and his team completely transformed my back garden of woody, aged shrubs, concrete paths and rocks into an absolutely glorious, elegant and colourful space last year which is flourishing now with all of my most loved plants. He listened carefully to everything I wanted and gave me thoughtful, expert advice on what would work well in my North facing garden. He and his team worked tirelessly and patiently, always keeping me fully informed at every step of the way and coming up with imaginative ideas that fit easily within the budget I'd given him. Richard is an excellent communicator, always reliable and professional and he, Andrew and Lotte made sure they left the garden clean and tidy at the end of each working day. From design to execution, the whole process was seamless and I felt I was in very safe hands.

Austin's Gardens designed, landscaped, and planted our front garden. It was a joyful experience from start to finish and we are delighted with the results! Our garden is lovely and peaceful and we are looking forward to seeing it grow. Richard and his team were attentive to what we wanted, talented in the way they translated this into a design, and skilled and knowledgeable in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! What an incredible transformation to my elderly mum's garden by Richard and Lottie! We wanted to make it safer for my mum with level paths and handrails whilst preserving the maturity, privacy and natural habitat of the garden itself. Richard and Lottie did this well beyond our expectations, working sensitively and patiently with my mum. They were an absolute pleasure to have around and we can't recommend them highly enough. Efficient and tidy too. Creative and knowledgeable about all aspects of what they do. Thank you so much. P.s. My mum rewarded them with home-made Madeira cake so maybe that helped too 🥰

What a marvellous experience from start to finish it was, working with Richard and his team to revamp my formal front garden! Richard is patient and exceedingly knowledgeable and kept me fully informed and engaged every step of the way, from concept to completion. It was a pleasure to have Richard and Lottie working here. They kept an immaculate site and were a positive pleasure to have around. Highly recommended and great bang for my buck, too!
