Very disappointed with the service at this branch. I was told I needed to pay for the treatment because my package was purchased from another branch. If this is your policy, it should be clearly communicated during the online booking process. Unfortunately, this experience made me uncomfortable and I won’t be returning to this branch again.

It was an incredibly absurd and rude experience. My appointment was for 9:10 AM, but on the day of the reservation, just 30 minutes beforehand, the staff suddenly changed it to 10:00 AM, claiming they were sick. I had already left, though. I texted them asking how they could change it so suddenly and explaining that I had already departed, but I received no reply. They open at 9:00 AM, but the door wasn't even open, so I waited outside for tens of minutes without getting a response to my calls or texts. I finally managed to get in at 10:00 AM, but there was no apology whatsoever. Changing the reservation time on the same day without an apology is truly unbelievable. I will never visit this place again.

My first ever experience at a skin clinic. Everyone involved in the process was so warm and welcoming, and the lovely Scottish receptionist remembered my name and place of work. Ella and Bella completed two treatments on me, and their level of professionalism and friendliness was absolutely outstanding and stellar (and they’re both so beautiful). Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a treatment.
