My first ever experience at a skin clinic. Everyone involved in the process was so warm and welcoming, and the lovely Scottish receptionist remembered my name and place of work. Ella and Bella completed two treatments on me, and their level of professionalism and friendliness was absolutely outstanding and stellar (and they’re both so beautiful). Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a treatment.
I have a question regarding your booking service. I understand that I was late once just that one time, by about 6–8 minutes and I accept that I was in the wrong. However, my question is this: on previous occasions, I always arrived early or before my appointment time. You should be able to check this in your system, if it is up to date. Last time, your team was late by 10–20 minutes, and we waited calmly. I’m not sure whether there was a sincere apology, but I may simply not have been aware of how you handled the situation internally. What I would like to understand is how you manage issues with customers. If a customer is traveling from far away, I believe you should call them before cancelling an appointment. In this case, there was no phone call or prior notice at all. Most importantly, when you were late for nearly half an hour, there was no solution offered. But when a customer is late, the appointment is cancelled. Why wasn’t there a phone call, the same way you expect customers to notify you? You had the opportunity to address the issue on the day it occurred, but you chose to ignore my inquiries. I did not even receive an apology. You suggested an alternative time, which I was unavailable for, and I agreed to reschedule. If punctuality truly mattered to you, these repeated delays would not have happened. Frankly, it appears that customer care is not a priority for you. Nevertheless, professionalism and proper service standards are important. Had your service been professional, my questions would have been addressed on the very first day the problem arose, rather than waiting for me to follow up and respond via messages later. This approach is unprofessional. In my experience and culture, I have never encountered such behavior.
Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with my experience regarding customer service. I purchased a laser treatment package, and only after the purchase was I informed that treatments must be attended at the same clinic. I later requested a clinic change, as both my home and workplace are located on the Northside and travelling to the allocated clinics is not practical for me. I explained my situation politely and contacted the clinic several times in the hope of finding a suitable solution. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, no alternative option or resolution was offered. I believe this information could have been communicated more clearly at the time of purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and flexibility for future clients.
Used always coming here to see Kate , and she is brilliant. Instant results every time . This time I came for skin booster main concern is the minor neck line only one . The nurse Nina said 2 ml has to be used . Now for only one line 2ml seems excessive, so I request some on my face . Now I don’t see any results after 2 days , usually the bumps goes down and the results visible in one week . Very disappointed.
Both staff members at the reception were incredibly kind and cheerful, and they really made me want to come back here again. As a foreigner who isn’t very confident with English, I was a bit worried at first, but they explained everything so clearly and kindly. They also did the treatment very carefully and with great attention to detail. Most of all, their bright and positive attitude was amazing! I came here for the first time because of a sale after trying other places, but thanks to these wonderful staff, I’ll definitely keep coming back. Their kindness made my whole day after the treatment — thank you so much! 💛
