I had a Hydrafacial with Ella at the Australian Skin Clinics Melbourne Emporium store and it was such a great experience. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt so fresh, clean and glowy afterwards. Ella was absolutely lovely very knowledgeable about skincare and products, and she explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel really comfortable and confident in the treatment. She took the time to tailor the facial to my skin and gave helpful advice without being pushy. I walked out feeling relaxed, pampered, and really happy with the results. Highly recommend Ella if you’re considering a Hydrafacial!

I had a really positive experience at the clinic today. Deniz looked after me and was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She was very professional, kind, genuine and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well informed. Her approach was calm and reassuring, and I genuinely felt well cared for. Thank you Deniz for such great service, it made a big difference.

Trishay is an amazing laser therapist - warm, friendly, and welcoming from the very first session. Every session feels comfortable and relaxed, with genuine care shown throughout. Trishay goes out of the way to provide helpful aftercare tips and advice. What truly stands out is the honesty as during my initial consultation I was openly advised against laser in certain areas where it isn’t necessary due to fine hair, which clearly shows the focus is on what’s best for clients rather than just doing business. Highly recommend Trishay to anyone considering laser treatments.
