I had a Hydrafacial with Ella at the Australian Skin Clinics Melbourne Emporium store and it was such a great experience. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt so fresh, clean and glowy afterwards. Ella was absolutely lovely very knowledgeable about skincare and products, and she explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel really comfortable and confident in the treatment. She took the time to tailor the facial to my skin and gave helpful advice without being pushy. I walked out feeling relaxed, pampered, and really happy with the results.
