So first off, New Customer to the shop, Found them on Google and rung them on Monday afternoon, Car was booked in next morning. They were reasonable with it, Found the issue with the car and somewhat fixed it... Price was more than expected, I was expecting £100-£200 at most, Nope, Almost £400... I could physically cry but at least it'll be fixed?

I'm a first time international traveler and I was solo and nervous about the entire process but they were kind and understanding. The gentleman at the front desk was great with conversation and made me feel welcome.
